Hi, I have no experience at all of reflexology, but my partner used to love it. It really helped him through a bad patch where he was experiencing constant headaches (migraine type but unrepsonsive to medication) and panic attacks. This was years ago, but right now he's been under more stress/pressure at work and is back to getting a lot of headaches, this time mostly tension-type. We don't have much spare money and he's refused to spend on seeing a reflexologist this time. I've seen these insoles, with magnets in them, supposed to work on the feet as you walk in a similar way to reflexology. Wondering whether they might help him? Or is kidology as only a hands-on approach can work?
Thanks
