Makeup Newbie???????

I just started wearing makeup yesterday and I used the makeup, and some eye makeup remover, but now half of my eyelashes are blond, the other black???
My eyelashes have always been black tho

Did you use mascara? Because If you didn't you probably didn't take it all off.
If you didn't, I would suggest not using any makeup around your eye.

I take it your eyelashes are blond in the first place. In that case you didn't remove the mascara all the way.

If thats no the case and your eyelashes are usually black, than perhads you did not notice it before because you never needed to.

What exactly are you asking?

You probably have Vitiligo, which is a skin disorder when you lose pigment in some places. It's not hazardous in any way.

Or, your makeup remover may have bleaching agents in it.

You can get your eyelashes tinted, but it might be hard to find done by people in salons because the procedure is illegal. Also, if you do it at home, you could blind yourself..
