I want to market myself to the retired community in my area. How should I prepare for "selling massage" to the residents of that community, considering many may be on a fixed income. And how do I convince the owners of the association that what I do will benefit them?
This is not a nursing home type of situation (and I thought of that, too, but feel from a financial standpoint that it would not be lucrative), but a community of people who are retired but who are active, play tennis, swim, exercise, etc. On the premises there are restaurants, shopping, a gym, and I believe there is an MD on the premises to service the residents in the event they need attention.
Any ideas?
