Zeel, a mobile massage service, can be accessed with an app or the web.
Need a massage? There’s an app for that.
Zeel Massage, which expanded to Charlotte this month, will send a masseuse to you in a format similar to ride-sharing services on demand. Book your session via smartphone or the web as late as an hour before or as early as a month prior to the session and bring two sheets, pillowcase and a towel or two. The licensed massage therapist – you pick the gender – brings the massage table and music.
Zeel’s massage options are: 60-minute, 75-minute, 90-minute Swedish, deep tissue, sleep, sports or prenatal. Couples massages are also provided.
Customers pay online or via the app and must provide a photo identification and cell phone number for registration. Upon booking, you’ll get confirmation with a photo of the therapist as well as his or her massage license number.
A 60-minute massage is $105, which includes tip and tax. Annual “Zeelot” members save 20 percent, as well as a complimentary massage table and massage sheets.
