I had a massage from Kathy, who posts on Craigslist therapeutic, and it was truly one of my best massages ever. She has been well discussed here, but not for a while, so I wanted to post an update to corroborate her previous positive reviews. She gives an excellent therapeutic massage with a damn fine hand release.

Her location is a convenient three block walk from Royal Oak skytrain station, in a clean suite with a professional massage table. There is soft, relaxing music in the bg, but the room was surprisingly bright -- I guess I was there on an unusually sunny day. She uses regular baby oil.

The massage is deep and thorough, leaving no muscle or pressure point un-worked.

I had asked for a 1-hour massage with hand release off the top, so there was no discussion when it came time for the finish. She went straight to work and -- for a "non-sexual," totally non-interactive hj with the masseuse remaining fully clothed -- it was one of the best I've ever enjoyed. I left feeling de-stressed and re-energized.

Rate was 45 for the massage plus 1 more jade canoe for the hj.

Her service and attitude are excellent, and her English is pretty good too. Kathy is a Chinese woman who is younger than me. The photos on her website are accurate.

That stated, I have to say that she does not favourably compare to either Sally or Nellie who are of the same age and offer a similar service. kathy asked my one time if I wanted a massage or a therapeutic massage. I had no fucken idea what the difference was. She said a therapeutic massage requires MORE work and costs more.
