I’m curious as well.
The ad looks like she’s an independent and operates out of a house. But the address she provides is that of a convention centre. Not residential. No talk of cost either.

The ad sure looks inviting. I’ll definitely have to give her a try.
There is a run down house along that stretch. She probably just uses it for her massage.
If she came back with that pricing I’d say fs is there just not bluntly put out in print.
