Massage etiquette? (spa)?

OK, quick question. I suffer from gout and to try and help it my sister got me a gift certificate to a local spa for a 1 hour massage.

I'm really not comfortable with a male masseuse, but all their females look like supermodels. This has me worried that with an attractive girl doing the massage I might "spring to attention".

Is this something they would be used to and just ignore or do I need to go in with a strategy to keep my mind off it?

If it happens, ignore it and your massage therapist will as well. Sometimes the increased circulation from the massage has this physical effect.

Whatever you do, don't joke about an erection or sex or happy ending, or your massage will come to a sudden end.

it happens. we know what happens when a guy gets excited. just dont be a pervert about it, like dont make rude comments toward her and its just a normal thing

Im pretty sure they wont acknowledge it. If it happens it happens if you are concentrating to much to prevent it then you wont be relaxed or enjoy it. Just dont expect a happy ending
