On Feb. 23, Massage Heights, a leader of professional, affordable and convenient therapeutic massage and facial services, announced its expansion in Colorado with its newest location in North Thornton. Marking the brand’s sixth location in the state, the North Thornton Retreat will highlight the brand’s mission to elevate the mind, body and spirit of its visitors.

Located at 14286 Lincoln Street, Massage Heights North Thornton celebrated its grand opening with limited-time offers that include 1-hour massages for $40 for all new guests, and free hot stones for a year, plus three complimentary services for new Massage Heights members who join at this location.

Massage Heights North Thornton will be owned and operated by first-time franchisees Manda Watkins and Ben Heinz, of Vanilubeen Limited. Before joining the Massage Heights family, Manda worked in medical device quality assurance and Ben worked as a scientific equipment field service engineer. Both strategic partners made the transition to own a Massage Heights Retreat when they discovered the same passion to help others. With extensive experience in retail and management, the duo brings several qualities to the brand.

Massage Heights was founded in 2004 by Co-founder and President, Shane Evans with her husband, Wayne, after realizing the need for professional and affordable massage services. Through their own experience of recurring back pain and lack of finding a consistently affordable therapeutic option for massage therapy, Shane and Wayne opened the first Massage Heights location. After realizing the growing demand for massage therapy as part of people’s everyday lives to manage chronic pain, reduce stress, and countless other symptoms, they saw an opportunity to take the brand national, giving consumers an elevated experience in each Retreat. The brand has grown from a single retreat in San Antonio, Texas, to more than 140 locations across North America.

Massage Heights North Thornton will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Sundays.
