CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – A massage parlor in Charleston has been closed as the Charleston Police Department investigates alleged sexual acts being offered to clients.
According to the Charleston Police Department, the department’s Special Enforcement Division executed a search warrant on 5411 Charleston Inc at 5411 ½ MacCorkle Avenue on Thursday, Feb. 8.
CPD says the investigation uncovered that men were entering the parlor for a ‘set rate’ massage, but being offered sexual acts for an additional charge ranging from $60 to $200.
Employees at the business are also accused of advertising sexual acts on a website known for prostitution, according to CPD.
Charleston Police say charges are forthcoming.
The business has been closed and several pieces of evidence were taken from the scene.
