I realize this is a Toronto Forum but didn't know where to put a NYC request.

I'm looking for upscale White girl Massage Parlors in NYC / Manhattan.

Are there any publications / websites that highlight upscale White girl MPs in Manhattan, or is NYC really the Massage Parlour (other than Asian) wasteland it appears to be.

Agreed. Pop into the first Adult shop and pick up a Screw mag. or something equivalent. Info and reviews are readily available.
Incalls are more popular than MPs though.

There isn't a large selection to choose from, but here are a couple of options:

The last two are the more established options, whereas the first two are newer on the scene. Compared to the upscale parlours in Toronto, they are more expensive (as expected), the attendents are of similar quality, but the services are more restrictive.

I've never been to NY, but the back pages of the Village Voice newspaper(from New York) are sure fun to look at. Tons of full colour MP and escort ads. Probably ten pages.
I think it's free in NY but I used to buy it at Chapters in Ontario but I don't know if they sell it there anymore. At least the one I've been to.

They will only give you the address when you call. I'm not sure about the legality of these establishments in NY, but I have visited a few and was pleased. A lot of asian incalls. Pricier than T.O, but still not bad.
