this a bit of an embarrassing one but ill go for it.
me and and my family like to explore and go to different beaches and stuff we recently went to wales for a day and half,but.there a problem my dad cant sit down and drive long distances because of a past operation he says it really hurts his bum and he had to park the car and stand up for a while. so is there like a massage of some sort or is there any clever home made massage things you pros's know about oh yh and my dad is 43 yrs of age so he's not that poor old man.
me and my mum have planned to go to isle of white but i don't want my poor old dad to suffer the long distance
 
You could try getting a pillow or something to cushion him on the seat. Your mother can always massage his backside too (lower back to upper legs) and that could help. Or have someone else drive while he lays in the backseat.
