Perfect for independents, if the price is right. And flexibility. If they need to do a lease for one room for one year, the price needs to be right. If it is open ended, then it is ideal for new independents. Prepay each month. Or book 2 hour segments.

. Shop owners will be pissed off. But for pooners, very positive! But half the posters on here are shop owners pretending to be pooners, so they are not too happy
