Massage therapist charged with sexual battery - Norman Transcript

An Oklahoma City massage therapist located in Cleveland County was charged Monday with sexual battery.

David Wayne Huffman, 34, was charged with the felony count after a 54-year-old woman said the massage therapist touched her inappropriately during a massage in November. The massage took place at Huffman's massage room, 10400 S. Western Ave., according to an affidavit filed with the charge.

The woman told law enforcement she bought a Groupon for three massages with Huffman. When she went in for her third massage, Huffman touched her inappropriately on numerous occasions, she told Oklahoma City police.

"(The woman) said she froze while David was doing this to her," the affidavit states.

She then asked Huffman what time it was, and when he replied, she said she had to go. The woman then told Huffman to get out of the room and, "what he did was beyond inappropriate," records show.

The Oklahoma City police then sent an undercover female officer to get a massage by Huffman. During the massage, Huffman touched her inappropriately five times, the affidavit states.

Records show Huffman was arrested Jan. 29 for the felony charge.
