That can depend upon what you are wanting in your massage or what you are expecting from your massage. A massage can make you feel good, help move things in your system, but if you have pain you want to get rid of, it might not be the way to go. The reason is that they massage the muscles, it makes them feel good now, but if you have a pinched muscle they cannot do much for that, or most can't.
