Massage Therapist protocol?

I work at a chiropractic office and I was hoping to find a set list of rules that Massage Therapists should abide by in general. (i.e. hair pulled back, casual/comfortable clothing, manicured nails (or short) etc... things like this. does anyone no where I can find one or have one that they use at their office???
I guess I wasn't very clear on my question. I realize that all these things are common sense and that the massage therapists SHOULD already be aware of these things, but after time they become less important to the massage therapist and they tend to not let it become a priority of theirs each and everyday. I was hoping to find and easy check list so that I can go through it with the massage therapist.

At the moment the examples are things that are already on the list, I was hoping to find more in order to be thorough
