Massage therapist touched girl, 17, inappropriately, Davie police say - Sun Sentinel

A Davie massage therapist inappropriately touched a 17-year-old customer, according to Davie Police.

The girl and her 18-year-old cousin used a Groupon offer for Massage & Stretch Center near Griffin Road and University Drive on May 3, police say.

The 17-year-old, who was not identified, later told police that during the massage, Orlay Palacio, 29, acted like he accidentally touched her genitals several times, then he began touching her in an overtly sexual manner before trying to perform oral sex on her. He also exposed himself to her, investigators said.

After identifying Palacio in a photo lineup, the girl told police she didn’t tell him to stop at the time because she was alone and afraid.


When police went to the massage shop on Monday and arrested Palacio, he refused to answer questions and asked for an attorney, according to the arrest report.

Palacio could not be reached for comment after a phone call Tuesday.

He faces a charge of lewd or lascivious conduct on someone under 18.
