Massage therapist (yay or nay job)?

I was considering massage therapy because Id love to have my own business also love making people feel good and would like to schedule my own days and hours

during school Id work an save up money so that I can rent or buy my own little office and the supplies I need for my therapy

Id offer many massage methods and even consider working with all types of people in many age groups and possibly animals to

What do you think? yay or nay? I know its not going to be easy but I also dont want something thats going to be overly difficult..

This is another one of those careers where the market is flooded and the demand is fairly low. Because it's a fairly quick certificate, tons of people did it during the economic boom where every other company had an in house masseuse. Now, entry level therapists can't find work to pay the bills. I have a friend who at 40 decided to get his first job and went to school for this. His first year, he was making $500/month. He might still only be making that for all I know.
