Make one where I can lie on the table and the girl soap me down and rinse afterwards. They have these in asia and they are great.

If you are building from scratch, not much of a problem. Just build each room like a giant shower stall with tiles and a drain in the floor. Get some wide massage tables made that can get wet and install some overhead hand showers.

Do this and I will come. (no pun intented)
