Massages and Latex.. Help?

I understand that using massage oils for sensual massages prior to intercourse is not the best thing to do since oil and rubber do not mix well. Are there any sensual massage products that can be used that do not break the latex? Please do not give answers like water based or silicone. I have done tons of research and found that water based dries up too quickly while silicone is more prone to infection. Can you please be specific in your answer; how your experience was using the product and how well it did or did not affect the latex. Thank you..
Oh and i also heard lotion, oil or not, causes damage to genitalia. True or false?

Lotion also they smell alot better then oil and do around the same thing + oil is messy and u have to clean up and lotion u can rub into the skin.
EDIT: lotion doesn't cause damage to genitalia at all unless its like medical lotion but some cheap coco butter wouldn't do harm to anything at all
