Hi there
Do any of you have experience treating Mastitis? I'd be really keen to know more about what would help - I don't really know how to treat the breast areas (I know where they are obviously (!)but have not been taught any precision techniques).
I'm thinking that I should work on reducing inflamation but what else.....?
Hope someone can help!

I would definately work the chest plus all the lymph points and lots of relaxation techniques.

You could also recommend manual lymph drainage - very effective for reducing the pain and inflammation.
 
A refelexologist would be able to work your lymph areas via reflex's on you foot, You could DIY by gently massaging the top of your foot just below all your 4 toes, about 2cm width. Also, to reduce pain & inflammation, try putting a white cabbage in the fridge to chill through & then place a leaf inside each bra cup & leave against breast, it will be really soothing & offer relief .. honest!!
