Hi, yes I do lots of maternity reflexology and often have clients with symphysis pubis or pelvic girdle pain.
I usually work all around the pelvic girdle working the lateral area of the calcaneus for the ilium, around the ankle bones and then the medial area of the calcaneus, (the small bony area you can feel under the uterus), for the symphysis pubis. I have diagrams of the points on the techniques page of my website which are easier than explaining in writing! Then do a bi-manual solar plexus hold for anxiety and the adrenals for pain.
I also refer all my clients to the pelvic partnership website which has lots of useful hints and tips and practical advice for coping with pelvic pain. Looking forward to seeing what tips other people have on this subject!
Hope that helps. Tracey
