me and my crush used to talk for ages on Facebook chat, now he doesn't answer any...

...more. should i keep trying? i've always used to talk for ages with my crush on facebook chat, although i was the one to always start the conversation. first i thought: " he probably doesn't like me as he never starts the conversation but if he wouldnt like me or think im annoying (im a year younger than him) then wouldnt he just ignore?
i dont know if he is at home right now or on holiday, but i said :" hey, whats up?" 3 times this week and he never replied. the thing is, i dont know if he is on holiday so he is on his iPhone. if he is on his iPhone, wouldnt he be online all the time, and only later see that i wrote..? please help! should i continue to try or just forget about him?
PS. we met before, but he doesnt live in the same county as me.

No I don't think he's ignoring you. My girlfriend has an iphone and sometimes when I chat her she's on her iphone. They usually won't get the message because it will show up in their chat, and not their inbox because they are online and they don't get an alert when they are chatted. So don't sweat it, if you have his number text him instead.

Anything could have happened...I recommend waiting for him to respond, but if he doesn't, he isn't interested.
