Chat Mega luxury spa in Markham Place

A few of my familiar MPAs have gone to a mega spa, which is to be open in Markham Place soon for an interview. I learned some insider information from the MPAs. That location was used to be a big Theater. The spa is owned by a rich Asian who operates a big Chinese restaurant in Toronto. He wants to make sure the place would look like a palace, he has imported 7 containers of stuff from China to decorate it. At one time, he has the idea to run the spa similar to Flirt and import talents from Vietnam as MPA. The MPA would dress up in a bikini, high heels, and would do everything except fuck. Unfortunately, this idea was scrapped, probably due to the high risk involved in considerable investment. Now, I heard the place will be legit, with multi sections---beauty, massage, water treatment, restaurant ... Good that someone is willing to spend millions of dollars in a spa nowadays. Also, I learned the paid for the Manager for the spa section is not bad, $70,000 annual plus sharing of tips, so the place will be seriously run. I was told the fee will not be expansive for such an upscale place, $60/hour for massage. I shall go to see the venue for sure when it open and report more.

They have other plans for making money, for example, selling expansive beauty products in the beauty session. (The place would also target female clients) They could make money from the restaurant too. Moreover, the massage fee or paid to the Manager ..etc. may be temporary, and that's why the MPAs who interviewed for the job are hesitated to go for a start-up spa like this one. I heard the owner really has a deep pocket. But for us, who cares if it turns a profit or not. We, as a client, want the competition to keep the price down and services up. So far, it is what I have heard, and we shall see what the final arrangements in a few weeks.

Have you guys ever been to Water Q on Woodbine besides Diana sea food, only 3 -4 minutes away from First MKham place. Expansive as hell but very busy and 10 girls working there every day. It's all about management and what kind of clientele you are targeting for..

No where near the same size as the old movie theatre.

I won't be surprised if they add in Bowling alleys or Golf simulators in there. Everything under one roof.

Have not heard of Bowling or Golf facilities in that place. But a fair size restaurant can easily fill up the place.
