Memory foam sanitation

For those that use memory foam, what do you place on top of it between clients? I was thinking of using a waterproof mattress cover that I can spray down in-between but that may be uncomfortable but I am not sure just a thin regular mattress material cover would suffice? Any suggestions?

Also, for those that do pregnancy massage and use the snoogle body pillow, do you just use the special pillow covers for it or something else in addition to the covers?

Just a little saran wrap on the top of the headrest, but under the cover, should do the trick. The client shouldn't be able to feel it or hear it because it is so thin, and the memory foam will regain it's shape because you have left the bottom undone for the air. It is easy to replace in between clients. That's what I would do with my husband's if it was used all the time.

I do what Jenny suggested, and use 2 cradle covers so the client doesn't feel plastic.

I have eggcrate on my table (lots of people use eggcrate or a fleece), and just use a jersey sheet to hold that in place and top that with the regular sheet. Both sheets get changed after each client.
