Meridians in reflexology

Hi to all,did some Reflexology meridian work today,we took turns working on each other,spleen,gallbladder,liver,I am so tired now,would this be due to the clearing of the energy as mine were very painful,especially the spleen.I mean I can hardly keep my eyes open.
