Hi - I am relatively new to MS Access so you'll have to bear with me here. First off, how do you actually do data selection in Access 2007? Might seem a daft question but I have an exam next week and need to know. Also, when you design a query and add the criteria, does this become evident when you view the query in SQL view? For example, if I decided I wanted to only have a range of data where the date was between a certain period and added this to the query criteria, would this update the SQL? Or do you have to do SQL manually? Thanks for any help. Regards, Robin
