Middle of session when canceled

I have been lobbying for 13 years been to all the popular AMP from Bikini to currently 7th Heaven. I have a good reputation in the AMP world know how to let them know I am not LE yet have never experienced what occurred yesterday.

I had read great things about Ashli over the last several months, was in the area and on a whim decided to see if Ashli at Cleopatra is available I got lucky when told that she was. We took care of business and headed to the shower. Before starting the shower she commented on how fast I had gotten there from the airport (red flag little head doing the thinking) I told her that I came from N. Dallas and did she have me confused with another customer? In addition told her do you have a scheduled appointment if so my apologies for the confusion and I will leave. She quickly said no, no problem and I thought that was the end of it.

She gave me a good scrubbing, toweled me off and told me to wait for her. This is when the session went south. Waited for her to come back to the room and after 15-20 minutes she walks in and tells me that she had made a mistake and did have a scheduled appointment and she was sorry but would have to end the session. Obviously I am a little upset in that I am expecting to continue our session which by this time we only had 20-25 minutes left and her “appointment” still had not arrived. Give credit to Ashli did apologize the entire time as I got dressed and walked out the door, I got all of my money back, but was very angry over how things were handled. In addition had not heard the door bell ring while with her or waiting for her and when I went out to my car I did not see any rental cars in the parking lot so must assume her appointment was still on his way.

Conclusion: I suspect that I am going to get flamed for writing this, however are we not suppose to review the good and the bad? Ashli is a very beautiful young lady and I sense she has a good heart, however if you are a Ashli walk in I recommend you double verify that she does not have an appointment coming. In addition I believe that we could have completed our session (again only 15-20 minutes left) and she would have had plenty of time to prepare for her appointment plus there have been many times I have made an appointment with a AMP lady and had to wait 15-30 minutes past are allotted scheduled start time because she was fitting in a walk in. I know, I know that is not right or fair since she did have an appointment coming and I was the lazy ass walk in, however we all know reality and that if they can see a walk in and it doesn’t over lap to much with the appt. the ladies will do that all the time.

I just saw Ashli recently and had called ahead to make an appointment. Sorry for your experience, but I have to say she was absolutely fantastic! Will be writing the review whenever I get around to it.

For whatever it's worth.... Sorry about your mishap. Communication problems happen, fortunately not often. The same thing happened to me several months ago at one of the Thai establishments. I called to see a certain very popular lady, when I arrived they said she already had a scheduled appointment for my given time slot. Sometimes the popular girls give their phone numbers to customers and the customers call them directly as I often do. I wouldn't blame Ashli. The girl that greeted me at the door was unattractive so I left. It is a shame your session went into the shower part, mine ended at the door. I have know Ashli since she worked at Hawaii Spa she is a very kind, sweet, beautiful lady, whom i'm sure was sincere in her apology.

I think if you go long enough it's inevitable that a mix up will happen. I doubt it was anything personal. Besides, If you got a shower and all your money back then I wouldn't feel too bad. I would've just drove a few blocks over to Emerald!

Hey man, sorry for your bad time. It just sounds like one of those stupid miscommunications. I've never experienced it at Southern Comfort, but as an example, I've read about many of the same types of things happening there as well. Just chalk it up to a twilight zone session and move on. It can happen anywhere.

Sorry you had to go through that. But, as they say "shit happens"!

If you're in this game long enough, it'll happen.

I've never seen Ashli, but I think "inexcusable" is a little strong, as some have said. Everything I've heard/read, indicate that she's a great girl.

The amount of time you were left "stranded" probably fanned the frustration flames; but they were probably trying to figure out who was who.

Too bad she/they didn't offer you a make-up session and a discount. That may have made things a little better and demonstrated good business sense.

Anyway, if I were you, I'd give the girl a chance to make it up; you may get the session of a lifetime.

Sounds like to me your initial suspicions were correct, in that she thought you were an appointment she was expecting from the airport. My guess is that is what she was doing after the shower. Making a phone call to determine if the appointment was still coming. I am shocked they didn't send in another girl to appease you, or even two to overwhelm you. Even though Ashley speaks good English I have wondered before how well she comprehends things said. Just little things like I have told her something mundane and she chuckled at things that weren't funny. Or nodding her head in understanding and then asking me later what I meant by a comment. It does sound like they thought you were LE, but I get that a lot, because I am told I look like a cop. But they just sent a more experienced girl in to visit with me and grab my crotch, then send the original girl back in.

I am going to visit Ashley this weekend and I will, just out of curiosity, ask her what happened, from her perspective, and get back to you.

She is a GREAT visit under normal circumstances!

5150, you should not be flamed. You are the customer. Hard to say Ashli's is to blame but the bottom line is you were not treated right.

From my experience, things does not appear to be as organized in Cleopatra as other establishments. I can't picture that happening at 7th Heaven or Jades as mamasans run a tight ship and check for appointments.

20+ wait with no show is just poor handling by them. Sorry to hear that.

Things like this sometimes happen when you are trying to see a popular K-girl. I had something similar happen to me about 7 years ago. A very beautiful and now legendary K-girl was making her inaugural visit to Dallas. I stopped by the AMP to see her and the door was answered by the most beautiful girl I'd ever seen at an AMP (or almost anywhere else). I couldn't believe my luck when she told me her name as she was the one I'd come to visit!

We went through the usual introductory AMP procedures and had just returned from the table shower when Mamasan knocked on the door and shouted something in Korean. My girl looked rather surprised and told me to wait just a moment. She went out for a bit and returned to tell me she had to take care of something and for me to please wait. She said she'd be back in a few minutes to take care of me. I wasn't exactly thrilled and should have left but I wasn't thinking with my right head as she was extremely pretty and things had been going very well up to the interruption. So I agreed to wait for her.

She was gone about 45 minutes and returned freshly showered and looking a little "flustered" if you know what I mean. The session that followed wasn't really bad, but it was nowhere near the level of the reviews the girl had been receiving on ASPD and the atmosphere was different from what it had been at the start in the shower room.
I've always believed that Mamasan interrupted my session so she could go take care of a VIP customer who dropped by unexpectedly to see her before sending her back to me. I don't blame the girl as she was only doing what she was told and seemed tired on her return. I should have left when it became obvious that she had been sent to another customer so the ultimate responsibility rests with me.

So as frustrating as your experience was, it could have been worse. At least you still have your money and no memory of a lackluster session with an elite K-girl. So give her another shot and perhaps have a couple of other K-girls in mind as back up choices just in case Murphy strikes again.

Not sure I agree with that idea, DDog. I cannot speak for everyone on here, but the last thing I want is for one of you going in and trying to solve some issue I may have had with a girl. If you do that, I would hope Ashley would simply say "it's none of your business".

I have seen her one time and agree she is truly beautiful. And I had a great time. And of course it surprises me that events unfolded this way. I cannot imagine they didn't finish your session.

We all sometimes make mistakes. Heaven knows I've made my share. You know how you sometime do something, then a few minutes later think it back over and wonder how you could have been so foolish. Maybe that is the way it played out for them. Who knows? But amps cherish repeat good customers.

Life is not always perfect, and it is dramatically unlikely to happen again. Really sorry for the frustration it caused for you, 5150.

I am not going to try to SOLVE anything. I just want to ask her why they ended the session and sent a paying customer on his way, as opposed to another option.

I had a similar experience a couple of weeks ago @ Jade with Michelle (very sweet young thing), even though I had called ahead and made a 1 hour appointment.

I had over 20 minutes left, and Michelle was helping me with some post-relaxation techniques and chatting (good english), and mamasan (Lucy?) starts talking through the door to make her hurry out. I guess there was another client waiting to see her. I should have given Lucy a good-natured complaint on the way out.

This is not the 1st time this has happed at am AMP for me. The mamasans are all about revenue maximization.

Maybe the next time I have the time and inclination I should stop at Jade, and tell Lucy (with a pleasant attitude and a big smile on my face) that since she cut my visit short last time I'm going to go somewhere else, and start to leave and see how she responds. Just for fun of course. I am always courteous at the AMPs, but it would really be fun to see her reaction and also to make my point.

Saw Ashli on Thursday. She was shaken up by what happened on Wed. She said LE ticketed a girl (don't know who). She said it was her turn but she passed. If you saw on Wed after that happened this could be a reason.

Went to see Ashli Friday evening. After our session I asked her about your experience. She smiled sat up and told me that I was the third guy that day to ask her about that. So the word is out.

She was apologetic and stated several times during her story that she didn't know how to properly handle the situation.

She was off work that day, but a regular had called wanting to see her. She knew he was a regular because he called her on her cell phone. She only gives her number out to guys that she has an affinity for. He was headed out of town but really wanted to see her badly before he left. She agreed to meet him at Cleopatra, but she didn't recognize his name or remember what he looked like. He told her he was at HulaHand looking for her. She told him to come right over to Cleopatra, as she was close by.

When you arrived at Cleopatra, and asked for her, she thought you were him, and started the session. At some point during the conversation she realized that you were not her appointment, so when she left you in the room, she called him back, to ask if he could wait and she would see him after she was done with you. He told her he could not wait as he was on a tight schedule. He got upset with her, because he had called her first, and suggested she let another girl take care of you. She told me that you were offered another girl, but you refused, and there was nothing left to do but refund your money.

She said she felt very badly, but didn't know any other way to handle the situation.

She is a very nice girl, and I believe that you were just the victim of circumstances.

5150 sorry you went thru that it does suck. I went thru something similiar at Nan Cho before it closed. I had been there 3 times and it got weird on my last visit they must have thought that I was LE or something even mamasan played dumb and she definately had met me before and introduced me to a few of the girls LOL. They gave me my money back and asked me to leave after waiting 15 minutes. I complied without complaining and took my money ovcer to Smiles and had a great time. I think sometime they get spooked who knows at least we have several choices.
