No mention of name on ad. But, to be fair, ad doesn't claim the girl to be the one in the ad. Multiple hits on tineye nonetheless for the blonde. Perhaps OP's girl is the other picture, but I doubt it based on the tineye hits for the blonde girl.

also, for $400 I would expect much more to be on the menu. I would approach this one with caution.
