MILFORD >> Two out-of-state residents are facing charges after police allegedly found one of them performing an unlicensed massage at a local massage parlor.
Police conducted a compliance check Thursday afternoon at VIP Massage Parlor, 232 Boston Post Road, and allegedly found 55-year-old Eun Soon Kohler, of Palmertown, Pa., performing a massage without a Connecticut license.
Kohler, who lives on Clearview Road in Palmertown, was charged with practicing massage without a license.

The owner and manager of the parlor, 60-year-old Kilson Elkins, of Westchester Avenue in Pound Ridge N.Y., was charged with allowing an unlicensed person to perform a massage.
Both Kohler and Elkins were released on a promise to appear March 13 in court.
