Mine hurting knuckles

Hi , I had busy day - 5 deep tissue + myofascial mas. and during fourth one my knuckles on my both hands just started to hurt from nowhere. Next tree days I couldn't work and I was awaken during night with swollen , tingling hands. In that time my arms and musles where hurting too.

I thing that partial fault was using too much my knuckles ( which I don't do anymore).
Did anything like this happen to anybody? I really scared me I was in pain a lot, ice- stretch - massage - biofreeze = didn't help too much.
Any advices ?
