Mississauga Police Officer faces penalties for not closing down gym

The city sends in a police officer to shut them down.
Instead, the officer doesn't shut down the gym and instead hugs the patrons and owners of the gym.

Mississauga police service is pissed, but what can they do?
They put him under Internal Affairs review for misconduct.

Let's see if the police union defends this officer or not.
