Following a less than flattering post about my experience at MMC (search Kierra), Harmony, the owner, took the step of replying on massageplanet and sending me a thoughtful private message.
It seems that Harmony stands by her MMC's satisfaction guarantee. For someone who doesn't buy extended warranties, I am skeptical of these "money back" type of deals.
Guess what? I was invited back to MMC for a session with my choice of one of two wonderful ladies. I enjoyed meeting another member of MMC staff today.
Give Harmony credit. She backs her promise. Plus, she is giving some extra mentoring to SPs to ensure they provide the best service they can.
It's good to have a forum where we can share the good and bad sessions out there. It's even better to have owners who take their business as seriously as Harmony does.
