Mobile Massage Business

Is anyone here operating as a mobile business? Going to clients homes rather than owning a place of business?
I'm thinking of starting up that way but am a little nervous as to the safety issues (going to an unknown clients home as a female).
How do you promote your business and do you find this type of massage service to be popular?
Any suggestions or help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

I do outcalls and have for a while, although I also have an office.

Going to an unknown clients home is a concern for both male & females, for different reasons. As a man, it is your word against hers if she comes on to you and you decline. She can say you did something innapropriate. It is more serious with a woman, because the likelihood of physical assault is there.

All that to say, I have a rule that i go by. I do not do outcalls unless
1. I know the person and have seen them in my office -OR-
2.They were referred by someone i know.
