Monroe massage therapist arrested in sexual assault investigation - KOMO News

MONROE, Wash. -- Monroe police have arrested a massage therapist after getting reports from three women that the therapist touched them inappropriately.

The investigation began in February, police said, when a 41-year-old woman said she was touched her inappropriately during a massage at the Wellbeing Center for Health.

The therapist said it was accidental, explaining that he is legally blind. Police passed the investigation on to Snohomish County prosecutors.

Then on Sept. 12, a 38-year-old woman contacted police and said she had been touched inappropriately, police said.

During the investigation, police found a 49-year-old woman who also said she was touched inappropriately.

On Friday, police arrested the 68-year-old massage therapist and booked him into jail.

Police ask anyone with more information should call 360-794-6300 or leave a message on the department’s tip line at 360-863-4600.
