I have posted about her before and so will not go into detail. If you want to know more PM me (although I don't post here much).
I am posting because for a while I thought she had closed up shop. As it turns out someone had been harassing her for a while and she had another customer mess with her phone. She left it in the room and went out for a second. She is on Shaw phone and the customer was as well and knew how to make changes so she could not get calls.
Service here is quite good, but I'm am a regular so YMMV. She has a new girl working for her and I plan upon seeing her on Monday and will post my experiences. Sorry if this sounds a bit sterile, but I don't want anyone to think I am "advertising for her".
