Moved Into Better Space:Need Advice

Hello all!

New to the forum, glad to be here.

I have been in private practice for 10 years and had a sizable client base until I had to move into a dumpy apartment. Some new and existing clients did not return to me due to the space not being that great.

I tried hard to make the best out of a tough situation. (old, dingy apartment in a not great neighborhood). I tried to make my treatment room a sanctuary as best I could under the circumstances and what I had to work with.
Personally, I don't care about the space as long as it's clean, etc and the therapist does a great job, but I know for many people, the aesthetics are just as if not more important than the skill of the therapist.

Now that I have moved out (thank god!) into a nice place with treatment room again, do you have any suggestions on how to notify clients that I have moved into a great place? Basically...how do I get them back!!?

do just what you said! send them a postcard or whatever and let them know "I've moved into a great new place! Come check it out". maybe have some sort of promotion to entice them in to booking an appointment. good luck!

I agree, go with a postcard or something like that.
Once you get your room set up - add a picture to show them the new setup.

If you have email addresses for your clients, you could send them an email newsletter using http://www.constantcontact.com/index.jsp If you have photos of your great, new space, you could include them!

perhaps you could also hold an open house to welcome the new year and the new space to your clients
