I am looking for top rated mp's that accept credit cards as payment I know HFH and Pickering Angels does, anyone know of others, I dont want to go through the hassle of carrying around 150 bucks in my pocket or have to drive around looking for a machine and get a cash advance.

You obviously must have no concerns over your personal privacy. I would personally find a credit card transaction and then having to make a payment later one more added step then simply going through a bank drive thru once.

cash cannot be traced back to you....credit card statments can...it's not that big a deal finding an ATM machine....i just stop by at the first gas station i pass and use the machine they have in there....but if you're stll set on doing so

it's not about being worried if your SO sees your credit card statements - its if you attend at a MP which later on gets busted by LE - and a search is done and credit card transactions are found - they can be traced and you may be a witness at a trial (that's according to statements made by some LE)

cash is the better way to go!!! - plus you help the MP with the revenue it makes!!

I'm, thinking it is kind of a reach, going from a credit card info to going to court. To my knowledge while limited, this is not the type of investigation that LE put a lot of resources into. First they would need to get the crown to issue a warrent to appear, and based only on a credit card receipt, which doesn't even have your name on it, would be a tough sell, under the best of conditions. From what I know about credit cards, they are better than cash in a lot of ways, except if you are worried about personal issues, a spouse ect. Otherwise, I think you are good to go!
P.S. Don't believe everything the LE tell you, they dole out advise as if it is their perfect world, the reality, generally does not work like that. They paint the best senerio, from their point of view.

JUst suppose that later in life you decide to run for public office. Would you want CC transactions of the spas you fisited published by the media. There are lots of reasons why you should use cash only

there is quite a bit of info you can get from a cc receipt. If LE wants to spend the resources they can track to you down.

my preference is cash.

If that is the worst thing you have done in your life, you are a happy man. And further, in Canada the financial institutions have laws from releasing this information without you conscent. If we worry about all the things we may or may not do in our future life, non of us will have any fun. Just my take on it.

Privacy is only one issue. The other thing is that I always believe cash is the king. And I like to see the satisfaction from the girl's face and eyes when I put cash in her hands for the nice service she provides instead of the uncertainty or "hey, you cheap guy" the like look for no matter how much you tip. I think if you like the girl(s), by using cash, you may triger better memory retaintion from them. In other words, they will treat you well even next time....
Of course, if I need to go see a RMT, there will be no difference if you pay by cash or a credit card.

You always need consent from someone to release any information. Crown attorney, for a warrent, - not likely, court order from a judge- even less likely based on the current senario.

As always, people will have a preference one way or the other, and for me it is all good. I am not suggesting one way or another, just provide a little information as I see it.

Take a look at fine print in CC agreement, sometimes a clause they may sell your 'info' - ie: spending pattern, at their discretion to Marketers. It's a big revenue generator. In most case, details are summarized but not always. As discretion, Adult entertainment companies may reg'd as number company.

I'm single too, and would have no probs with credit cards. I find being fearful of credit card receipts similar to being fearful of STDs from MPs. My threshold is above that and I dont give a damn.

Of course until an actual incident occurs where a CC receipt is used to nail a john.

I just use cash to be sure the MP accepts it. For places like HFH I'll use a CC

Last year, 7 MP's in Rockford, IL, USA were shut down and ownership procsecuted and convicted. The basis of case was the use of credit cards for illegal transactions, federal wire fraud. FBI and local law enforcement teamed-up on the bust. Use of the credit card for the door fee, then the use of the same card again a short time later, called a double-swipe, was how they built their case. Inside witness's testified to the double-swipe system and what it meant. Customers were contacted and brought in to make sworn statements, but were not proscecuted. They did haul one poor chump into court and made him testify, got his name in the paper and a big story written about him as well.

Laws may be different in Canada, but I will bet they are not that different. If a community wants to get rid of MP's, LE will do what they have to do.

I like using my CC at the "better known" MPs. I look at it this way, while I am getting a good massage, I am also earning airmiles or saving 1% in cash back. Wins all around.

And occasionaly i right them off too as i mostly use my business CC.
