What's up with 65 EBC? There are MPs side by side, right across from each other. It's like an MP plaza with 3 new openings.

I noticed that too. I went to check out Diana at Dreamworks the other day and I saw that there were at least six MP's (not counting Dreamworks) in that one section- Three (3) right next door to each other and on both sides. 338 and a few other joints are in the near vicinity as well.

I wonder if there are enough hobbyists in the area to sustain all of those? If not they're gonna be fighting for each other's clients. The upside (at least for now) is if one is busy, you've got about seven (7) other places within walking distance to check out.

High supply is good for the consumer. More options at better prices.

Yes agree, they will be fighting for clients unless they are all opened by the same owner, which is a possibility. Does anybody know the prices for these places, cuz that much competition should lead to some kind of price drop. I scouted these places out, at most, two MPAs work at a time during the day. I peered inside of one place and the interier had a nice wood finish to it, but saw no MPAs even when I knocked on the door, any reviews on this place?

Yes there is some competition I think. Many, many moons ago I did visit some of the places in the area. One night I went to the door of one place which was locked but had a buzzer. I buzzed but there was no answer. As I waited, a cute chinese girl peaked her head out of the door across the way and beckoned me over. Turned out to be a very nice time. After the session she invited me to sit in the lounge with her and talk for a while. So we sat and talked for about half an hour while the manager at the desk fell asleep. No one else came in during that time. She told me that she had been watching me waiting and wanted to call me over, the manager told her she shouldn't but she did anyway.
