Question MP names

Not sure if this has been covered here before. Why do so many Asian MPs use the same names? Lucy, Amy, Suki, and a few others. Don’t they want to differentiate themselves from each other?

I met a Lucy at Hot Rocks years ago. She was amazing. Good looking, great massage, and great tease. She ended up leaving that spa. It was virtually impossible to find her as every spa has a Lucy.

Don’t these ladies want regulars?

I've known a lot of Chinese people in civvie life. I think it's because they're limited to the names that they know are popular, and want something that is relatively easy to remember and pronounce, especially for those whose English is still at a beginner/intermediate level.
So Lucy, Amy, are easy to remember and pronounce. But they might avoid such names as Charlotte, Abigail, Elizabeth, Scarlett.
Just my theory.
Sure, there are more options out there, but perhaps they stick with what works and what is popular.

Dumb, I agree.

… Lucy ain’t even most common name these days. Besides famous Lucy @ Bellagio, not that many out there these days… a few like eSpa Lucy retired…

Cici, Coco, Amy, Lily… such common names, girl changes spa & has 2 change name since hers = already taken!

They should take unique names & build clientele f/ that, like Renee did.

But…

… most don’t imagine it’s gonna b yrs long career… they’re just doing this 4 a bit, they think…

U like a girl, get her cell! Those numbers seem 2b eternal… u can call old gal who’s retired yrs ago, & that damn cell # still working, ringing in a drawer somewhere…

They don't care as it's just a job for them. There's no need for personal branding. They get plenty of business as it is.

It also gives the Mamsan a chance to foist off new girls onto clients asking for 'Amy'
