MP on West Pender

There is a MP on West Pender that used to be called The Den and before that The Upper Deck. Is it still closed?

Not sure, but I haven't seen any ads for "Lavander's" in a long time, so my guess it's closed. Probably for the better because it never had much to offer in the looks or pricing dept. At times, the girls wanted $$ but if you wanted upscale, the Touch was nearby, and if you wanted mid level, there's the Platinum Club. They just couldn't figure out that they needed to compete with the indies and micros downtown. Now I'll get off my soapbox.

Have you noticed that the # of MPs in this town, especially the white girl places, is slowly shrinking?

I guess since those police busts there's not as much business. The guys are scared. So the industry is consolidating; fewer places and fewer choices, especially for the white girl places

I wouldn't say the number of Cauasian SPs have shrunk - albeit, their establishments have - these girls have just gone indie. When we look at the number of SPs on non-Craigslist websites (eg. Eros, Escorts-Canada), we find the vast majority are white girls.

Also, I think competition and not LE has resulted in many non-AMPs to close down. When an AMP charges $120-$150 for FS, how can the white MPs survive w/ rates starting at $180 + up and w/ substandard service (eg. no facials, no DATY for many, no CIM, no BBBJ, lousy massage)? It's just economics.
