I just had a disappointing session. The MPA had a decent body, very nice big tits, she was youngish, pleasant, and I suppose for a guy who is just happy to be in the company of a young hot woman who will fuck him for money, that would be enough to get you hard and ready to fuck. But I am not that guy. I like skill, I like teasing, I like a sense of involvement. She offered none of that. Which makes me wonder,do spas train? Do they mystery shop? How do they now the girl knows what she is doing in the room? The place had at least 2 other MPAs well reviewed here, but when I went they were not there so I tried this cute but unreviewed girl.She had no idea what to do with a cock. Spa owners, how do you ever know how your customer feels leaving your place? I may come back to be with one of the reviewed ladies, but really not that keen to ever go back.

Spas focused on service over massage will train new girls over time. But, getting the hot new girl in the door to drive foot traffic is 1st priority. Training them is 2nd priority.

Spas focused on massage over service (e.g. Aria) will screen for actual massage skills before anyone starts.

Pretty much every MPA I've asked said they don't get much, or any, training on services. Some get a little bit of training on massage, but it's otherwise self study.

If I did there is no spa I could rely on for s tier massage usually didly or no. Usually not always but usually not the best at services or massages. I am not 20 years in but have alot of experience the last two years but not 20 spas or anything. I get kickass independant, not always, just got another s tier massage provider. Alot of the independants are buddies and women talk. I am fitness orientented although always primarily about the sex a good massage also is great, some would like a beer with their sex or a cigarette.

I should try. I am on a plan and many RTM. However when I say s tier I mean bliss. This last one was also with alot of decent edging and hard and soft. Like in Thailand but no bending. I would love to relate better about holistic spas. I knew one girl who trained girls at other spas but not about service she said nor talked about. Holistic too. I would also say spas are more culpable to pandering charges that are a felony while independant girls themselves are less culpable. Especially training services but I really would not know.

That may be, but if the girl is a dud you are not going to use your rooms at capacity.
