If a provider has seen 10 clients per day, they would have seen 900 clients over the past 3 months. Chances are therefore very high they would have been exposed to the virus.
Would they not have developed immunity by now? Most people only develop mild symptoms. Only 2 documented cases where someone caught it twice. Considering the tens of millions is cases worldwide, those are certainly anomalies.
