MPA's jumping ship too much

This bugs the life out of me. I find a nice mp, say hfh, and a nice attendant, (insert name of various mpa) and then boom she's gone! I search the boards to no avail half the time. I have this issue with all of my fav's. even a couple months is cool but I have some sweet one hit wonders.

On the good side I had a nice NR with fun conversation with Maria at Rivermemde. Lovely exotic cuban beauty. Her massage was a little weak but she was very receptive to out nude reverse. I was pleasently surprised. I saw another cutie on the way out, judging by the site that's felicia. A good first visit after reading mixed reviews on the board.

I sympathize but look on the bright side - there are lots of MP's out there for any MPA to jump to, if she finds the working condition at her current place not to her liking.

Yeah I hear that Siphon all that time and $$$ spent at these places and then they take off can't these establishments make some kind of effort in keeping these hot chicks. You establish a routine and now after awhile it's on to another MP, what's the use in just going back to the same MP when in the long run you know in a few months there going to be gone......

There are places which don't appear to have a high rate of staff turnover. I see that as the sign of a smart MP business operator. They understand that continuity matters, and make an effort to keep their staff.

The other side of this is the attendants themselves. There are always going to be ladies who are only in the game for the fast bucks over the short term. Can't blame them for that, but it's not as if anyone is in the hobby for a long term commitment.

Aren't all professions subjected to job place changes? Each industry goes through the same "Staff Jumps", whether it is advertising, investing, education, etc.

Heck, I've seen where key staff goes to the competition and the client follows them. Happens all the time.

As they say in any industry, it's a small world. Chances are you will run across people you've worked with at several different places.
