MPA's that work out at gyms.

Wouldn't you like to work out at a gym that some of the popular mpa's work out at? It would certainly be incentive enough for me to work out harder...except for those short breaks when you just have to look at what they are doing.
Some mpa's are in great shape and it would be interesting what exercises they do and what areas of their bodies they focus on...areas that most of us guys focus on, I guess?

I think I saw Christina of HFH working out at my gym a month ago. She was dressed very conservatively, probably not to bring attention to herself...she still looked great though.

I know an MPA that works out at my gym.

I don't even think of talking to her - although we get along great "in the room".


Its fun to look (in a very subtle way of course).....Horribly distracting at times *smile* - life's a beach!!!

I would HATE it!!! I would probably hurt myself in my distraction ... and make a total fool of myself.

When two worlds collide ... It is NEVER a good idea to mix fantasy with reality!

Now when at the gym try to guess which hot girls there are MPAs! That is a lot more fun!

Funny thing is...I know several ladies that work out of the same gym that I try to go to regularily. I usually try to ignore them but I have gotten the back of my head slapped on a couple of occasions the next time I saw them at their workplace for not saying hello to them. Whats a guy supposed to do? sigh

while I don't go to a gym, I would find something like this a little uncomfortable. I mean I can't really talk to them, I'd bet most anything they wouldn't like it (none of these ladies are advertising there jobs), and I'd also feel uncomfortable looking since she remembers you and might think your some kind of freak. if I saw one at the gym or something like that I'd find a different time to go for the sake of my mental health.

I just brought this up because I happened to see Christina at my gym one day. For the most part, I ignored her and only glanced to see what exercises she was working on from time to time. This was supposed to be a light topic people. I don't go to the gym to stare at mpa's.

Now that gym I would work out at. something like this would inspire me to work out, I get very bored excercising, to repetitive and tough to find that perfect weight where it is challenging but not pop a blood vessel challenging.
