MSM crystals

Has anyone ever tried MSM crystals ?
I am thinking of taking a 3 month course to help recovery and would be interested in hearing from others that have used it.

I don't know how the differ from normal MSM or what specifically you are taking them for, so struggling on that one.

Hi And, this is the info I have got on the MSM crystals

Pure MSM crystals are the most bioavailable and economical form of MSM.
A heaped teaspoon contains 4,000mg and can be easily dissolved in drinks, so it's far easier and more economical to take higher dosages of pure Crystals for therapeutic benefits rather than lots of capsules or tablets !
MSM is taken as a dietary supplement to top up our organic sulphur levels so the body has the correct building blocks to repair and restore normal functions wherever possible.

Crystals are used easily to make your own MSM-rich cream / lotion.(which I already use in Gel form it is excellent for imflamation, but it costs £15 a tube )
Pure MSM can be applied very safely as an external application. It is non allergenic.

I was wondering if anyone has tried MSM in any form, and if it has been beneficial ?
The Gel is truely amazing, in the relief that it brings, so I was hoping the MSM might work if taken internally aswell.

It sounds like you're already sold on the idea, so there's little else I can say, other than to support the idea that it is often a useful supplement to try for joint degenerative conditions, as well as a whole host of other complaints that there is supportive research for. I took it for years.

I do have to say, though that it is still supplementing an ailing system and as an idealist I tend to prefer to address the underlying problem, rather than supplement for the rest of life. Call me fickle!
