MTB staff ?

Hi Nicke, I doubt if you remember me (Andrew from Hawaii) I stop by every summer for a drink or three. I have a question for you and the other bar owners that read this forum. I was wondering how you choose the staff (female) at MTB. What is the selection criteria (personality, looks, age, body, attitude towards sex)? Do they get any training and do you test drive each one? Aloha Andrew

I was talking with Nicke the other day on how he picks staff and he said the following:
1. They have to have a physical by a doctor or a BM posing as one like me (ladies only).
2. Full criminal history check by the police (in Patong and their home province)
3. 500 question psychiatric exam (they must be somewhat looney)
4. Look good in black t-shrits
5. Only get drunk and throw up in the trash can once every couple of months.
6. Must love the taste of black deaths and fisherman friends.
7. Must be able to look loveingly into the most ugly board members face and say "you handsume man with good heart, want to play connect four?"
8. Must be able to humm the Swedish national anthem.
9. Must be able to point out Sweden on a map.
10. Must always say "Nicke you good dancer" :blah:

It's funny you should use that pic. I BF'ed ya on my first night but ended up going with someone else. Went to MTB the next day with another girl and the first thing she asked me when she saw ya was - 'Is that a ladyboy?' - absolutely priceless moment - no-one could understand why I found it so funny.

She's actually a lot of fun away from the bar scene. I never went with her but we partied together with my gf. Actually had to carry her out of Taipan she was so hammered. The girls couldn't get her of the floor so I carried her out and put her in a tuktuk and some of Nicke's girls helped her home. She really is a stunner and if you can get her to smile, she'll break your heart.
