http://www.mtbok.org. I'd forgotten I posted this question, LOL! I still haven't had time to read it (forgot I had it at all, LOL!). It is supposedly a project by several folks in many different areas of massage that is supposed to define massage and scope of practice and what really is massage and what isn't, etc.. It's on my other computer, so I can't tell you how many pages it is offhand.

The Massage Therapy Body Of Knowledge is a living document that will evolve over time. This early draft is the result of input from many "stakeholders", chiefly massage/bodywork practitioners with many years of experience. Organizations such as AMTA, ABMP, other professional associations, many different massage schools and CE providers, etc. also played a role in this initial effort.
For those attending the AMTA National Convention, you can choose to attend an extensive discussion of the MTBOK lead by some of those involved in the planning and drafting process. We will probably see similar discussions at other massage conferences and events. The AMTA web site has a nice article about it here: http://www.amtamassage.org/articles/2/PressRelease/detail/2141.
