That's the invite from Inlet Yoga owner, Maribeth Mackenzie.
She just opened a new Zen Den inside her Yoga Studio.
It has zero-gravity massage chairs that help realign the spine and calm nerves.

You can also listen to soothing music or guided meditations during your 30-minute session.
She said it's so important for people to take downtime to relax, especially during stressful times like the holidays.
"It's amazing how few people really know how to relax and they think relaxation can be a switch that just happens but relaxation really is a process," said Maribeth MacKenzie, Yoga Therapist and owner of Yoga Inlet.
Inlet Yoga celebrates its 13th anniversary on January 1 at 2 p.m. with a special event with Bob Sima and Shannon Plummer.
They're also running a Janniversary special that's $50 for Unlimited classes.
