The positioning of the face cradle causes runny nose or congestion in a lot of people, especially during allergy season. (There is a distinct and vicious allergy season here in Austin.) It usually goes away after the person turns supine, though. If yours has lingered, you may be having a flare-up of seasonal allergies, or you may just have a cold. Try allergy meds like Zyrtec or Claritin if you like.
