I'd like to hear from Muse Spa customers about a situation that occurred to me recently.
I made an appointment a few days in advance for a MPA. I was told to call back on the day of my appointment to confirm that the MPA was working that day. So I did.
However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told that my session had been given to another customer. Why? Because I didn't confirm my appointment. WTF?
To Muse Spa customers: Do you always call to confirm your appointment on the day of?
